A: No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders easily and save your shipping information for future purchases.

A: Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways (SSL). We do not store your credit card details.

A: Your card or PayPal account will be charged immediately upon completing the checkout process.
Shipping Questions
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer a standard flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 on all orders.
Q: How long will it take to receive my shoes?
A: Orders require 1-2 business days for processing. Once shipped, transit time is generally 3-5 business days. Total expected delivery time is 4-7 business days.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Order Questions
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Please email support@frideye.com immediately. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed.
Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: Contact us within 12 hours. If the order has not yet been processed, we can update it.
Returns and Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
Q: Do you charge restocking fees?
A: No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
