Payment Methods Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

At Frideye, we aim to provide a secure and seamless checkout experience. We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal
• Credit & Debit Cards: We accept all major international cards processed securely through the PayPal gateway, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), and Discover.

2. Paying with PayPal

When you select PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal website to complete your transaction.

• You can log in to your existing PayPal account to pay using your PayPal balance or linked bank account.
• No PayPal Account? You do not need a PayPal account to pay. You can simply select the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” option on the PayPal checkout page to use your Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover card as a guest.

3. Payment Security

Your security is our highest priority.

• SSL Encryption: Our website uses standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all your personal and payment information.
• No Data Storage: Frideye does not collect, capture, or store your credit card information on our servers. All transactions are fully processed by PayPal, a highly trusted and PCI-compliant payment provider.

4. Payment Authentication

To protect against fraudulent activities, all transactions are subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer and our payment gateway. If your payment provider refuses to authorize the payment, we will not process the order and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

5. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will immediately receive an Order Confirmation email containing your order details, billing summary, and the shipping address you provided.

6. Pricing and Currency

• All prices displayed on Frideye are in US Dollars (USD).
• We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD for all domestic orders within the United States. No hidden fees or taxes will be added at checkout unless mandated by local law.

7. Declined or Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

• Ensure your card details, billing address, and CVV code were entered correctly.
• Check with your bank to ensure your card is authorized for online and international purchases.
• Try an alternative payment method or contact PayPal support.

8. Payment Disputes & Fraud Prevention

We actively monitor all transactions for potential fraud. If a transaction is flagged as suspicious, we may contact you for further verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect to be fraudulent. If you have an issue with a charge, please contact support@frideye.com before opening a dispute, and we will work to resolve it immediately.
